The founder of Biocodify, a developer with a background in genetics and bioengineering. I've spent years working with bioinformatics tools and kept running into the same frustration: powerful tools that were way too hard to use. So I built something better.
The Problem
DNA data is inherently complex. A single genome contains billions of base pairs, and extracting meaningful insights requires connecting to multiple databases, understanding various file formats, and navigating tools built for command-line experts. For researchers, clinicians, and curious individuals, this complexity often stands between them and the answers they're looking for.
The Solution
Biocodify was built to change that. It's a platform where you can see what's inside your genomic files, connect them to databases like ClinVar and gnomAD, get meaningful information, and analyze your data. All through a clean, beautiful, and easy-to-use interface. No command line required.
